Lived at Savannah for 2-3 years and I must say although it is a great location (plenty of schools in the area, right across the street from the mall, close to university shopping plaza) the management/HOA is terrible. The lady in the office made a hobby of harassing my wife, giving us notices for all types of nonsense. We would appeal to the HOA management company with pictures and proof and nothing ever changed we filed a complaint about her specifically and nothing was said or done. Great time at the pool with fri
I have been living here for 3 years. I like it because it is safe, quiet, convenient, and clean. I feel safe enough to take long walks after dinner at night when the sun is down and it is cooler outside. My apartment is on the first floor. It is very quiet. I sleep like a bear all night long. No problem with roaches or pests of any kind. I have great neighbors. Teachers, doctors, nurses, flight attendants, mothers, secretaries, retirees. So glad I live here.
