I like to go swimming and at 7 a.m. I head to one the lovely clean and well kept pools and then the delightful hot tub that one can set the timer on. I enjoy swimming by myself early and I can do my exercises while having the pool to myself and just relax too. They do have group exercises here and I watch them sometimes. They look like they're having so much fun.
