In this case, the grade and comments are representative of the customer service received based on 4 visits. I'll be very brief: 1. We went to "look" for a possible bike for my partner, walking around and talking about possibilities. I the first 5 minutes, not less than 4 employees approached us to try to sell her a bike. Phenomenal service and knowledge. Came from out of town and they set me up with a quality road bike rental (even though they didn't originally have anything available). Offered advice on where to ride and made the entire experience a pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone in need of bicycles and a good time.
