When I called the lady on the phone said they don’t fix snowblower’s until it gets cold because it has to be cold outside to run the engine does she really believe this. If she’s giving info like this out I wouldn’t trust them to fix any of my things.

We had an excellent experience with Savage Small Engine Repair. They were great with communication throughout the entire process and were very knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to help us after we used the wrong gas in our equipment. Their customer service and honesty were truly appreciated. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing small engine repair or maintenance!

This is the fourth year I’ve taken my lawn mower to Savage Small Engine Repair for annual maintenance—blade sharpening, oil change, and a new spark plug. Sue and Loni always provide excellent, reliable service. I highly recommend them.
