Chris was a joy to work with. He's experienced and straightforward. He was communicative during the build and after with questions and one issue we had. His tile guy was a perfectionist. We were swimming 6 weeks after the dig, even with Houston's insane freeze!
We had them out to quote us for a pool. They never responded to calls or texts. We never even got a design from them. Very unprofessional.
