I was rear ended almost 2 years ago and tried to deal with the responsible party's insurance company myself and got no where... I was in an accident and the other driver’s insurance company wouldn’t make a fair offer to pay for my medical bills and pain and suffering. Attorney Bristow took my case to trial and got the entire amount of the other driver’s insurance policy. Then he made a claim for underinsured coverage and got the entire amount of that policy too. I highly recommend Savage Law if you want someone to fight for you and not just settle your case.
