Derek Savage who is one of the lawyers at this firm throughly lied and made me and my friend pay exorbitant fees for his time when he was not working for us but charged us for his personal time as well. Very unprofessional and made many false promises that did not come through. Would not answer my calls and very rude when he is challenged. I would never use him as he is not reliable and changed his fees all the time.
I would strongly suggest using another lawyer, this individual left me stuck to fill a court requirement that myself, as an out of state father in a custody battle in Utah, could not complete. It is called a Dual Focus interview and persons out of state cannot execute this in Utah - as a result I was convicted a year later on a charge that should have never existed in the first place.
