Great environment for a mid-size gym. I have been a member since it was a small gym in Oakville. Very friendly staffs here, they are always happy to assist me for anything I need. This gym is now part of my life.
I got a tour of this gym, and it was super nice! It's incredible to see such a unique gym concept be brought to life. I love how this gym offers affordable boxing classes in a gym setting. If I was passionate about boxing this would definitely be my go to place! I love the decor and the attention to detail! It looks like this place would be a great place to do a photoshoot or video shoot. If you are looking for a local gym which Is not too packed and has a strongly knit community, I would recommend checking this place out.

Amazing gym! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offer great boxing class and kpop class. Really enjoy working out here.
Call to inquire on memberships the gentleman at first did not answer the phone professionally so I wasn't even sure I was calling the right place. Once I establish that it was the fitness facility I inquired about pricing on memberships which the gentleman promptly provided but then he went into an explanation. The gym is restricted to only 15 members at a time for the safety of the members because of covid. This is not the government mandate this is their own policy.
