They deserve NO stars. I placed my order online and they canceled the order and kept my money. They don't return email, and they only have an answering machine with a full memory so you can't leave a message. I've initiated a report with the police for fraud and theft.
I bought a scrub top and later found that it would not work. I brought it back in brand new condition, with tags and reciept, in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't want money back, only to excgange for a different top. The clerk acted hostile/rude about the transaction and would not excahnge. I left a message for the owner and got no response. Now I'm stuck with a scrub top that I can't use.
