fairly new to this pharmacy since moving back to Santa Barbara at the end of 2024. The few times Ive needed a prescription filled, the staff and pharmacists have always been helpful and attentive. So far I've never spent more than 10 mins total waiting & picking up prescription. Retail pharmaceuticals are not like most retail business, where making a single mistake could be career-ending. The worst always a long line and slow slow slow.
Up until recently I've had minimal issues with them. But within the last month there were two prescriptions they could not fill and in neither case did they contact me. Not contacting me on these instances was unacceptable. In the first I called four hours after they received the prescription. They told me it wouldn't be available until the next day.
