I really wish I could give a higher rating because most of the staff here have always been kind to me and done their best to help, but it seems like the major issues are beyond their control. I really dread using this pharmacy because the communication is nonexistent and wait times are absolutely horrible. When an Rx can’t be filled (out of stock, PA expired, etc.) they will NEVER notify you. Not a phone call and not an automated text. I had to switch to this pharmacy as the one I was going to, across the street from this one had a drive thru, closed. I tried Sav-on a few years back but they were just so slow, so I switched to the one across the street. But now that the one across the street closed, I have to go back to this pharmacy or drive farther away. The other pharmacy that closed would have my prescription ready, within the hour after my doctor sends the prescription. But Savon, it's always the next day. Been waiting an hour for my medication. They had to clarify something with doctor but didn’t do it as early as our initial waiting period. Seems understaffed and slow.
