i had a beyond frustrating experience at this save-on pharmacy today. i went in to pick up my prescription, and a staff member named cheryl told me it had been put back since it’s been 15 days. she said it would take 15 minutes to re-process, so i said sorry and waited right there. ​i was chair in front of counter, literally watching cheryl the whole time to see when my meds would be ready. 15 minutes passed, then 30 minutes... she never said a word to me. when i finally got fed up and asked, it turns out my prescription was... read more

I really wish I could give a higher rating because most of the staff here have always been kind to me and done their best to help, but it seems like the major issues are beyond their control. I really dread using this pharmacy because the communication is nonexistent and wait times are absolutely horrible. When an Rx can’t be filled (out of stock, PA expired, etc.) they will NEVER notify you. Not a phone call and not an automated text. I had to switch to this pharmacy as the one I was going to, across the street from this one had a drive thru, closed. I tried Sav-on a few years back but they were just so slow, so I switched to the one across the street. But now that the one across the street closed, I have to go back to this pharmacy or drive farther away. The other pharmacy that closed would have my prescription ready, within the hour after my doctor sends the prescription. But Savon, it's always the next day.
