Idiots!!! Dropped my script off Wednesday, but they needed to call Dr to ask about making a like for like change. I called back Friday to ask for status. They said they called Drs 3x with no response. I had to wait til Monday to call Drs office only to find out they had called pharmacy back and approved the change on Thursday. I called pharmacy back to tell them and they said they had no record of it and that they would call the Dr right away. 8 hours later no call or text that my script is ready. Rudest pharmacist up front, i don’t know if she was new but with that attitude why even work there, rolling her eyes and clearly her face showed all that nasty attitude, The rest of the pharmacist were so nice!
