They often ignore Rx orders from doctors and they NEVER answer the phone or call you back. have run out of life sustaining medications several times and they don’t care a bit! Beware, they are VERY short staffed and worn out!
Horrible customer service. First off they don't ever answer the phone and the voicemail box is full, second, they don't ever call you to tell you when your prescription is filled.
Two stars because the employees are nice when you can finally talk to one. If you want a pharmacy that answers their phone, this is not the pharmacy for you. Slow and long lines.
This place is a nightmare. Constant new employees, constant problems with my medications and them not having my medications in stock even though they fill them every month! My doctor called in my meds MAY 6TH it’s now MAY 23RD annd still not a word on my meds! I’ve gone in multiple times annd they tell me they don’t know what’s going on never have answers and 2 that are VERY dangerous I go without not to mention it causes major withdrawals and they do not care at all!!! Workers are hard working and have never mixed up my medication. Problems are due to suppliers not inhouse workers. Called in for a refill and it was ready in 15 minutes.
