When I called to make an appointment I described my fireplace and chimney and told the owner Terry ******** that I had a gas fireplace. When he and his helper arrived they seemed surprised it was gas, told me it didn't need anything, and charged me $65 for a 5-minute 'service call.' I told him that I told him it was gas when I made the appointmen to which he replied "I usually write that down." I will definitely NOT use them again!!
