La atmósfera del lugar es agradable, la comida tan rica que no le tomé foto a ningún platillo porque sin darme cuenta me dediqué a disfrutar y la única foto que tomé fue a esta tarjeta con las felicitaciones escritas a mano por el staff. Me pareció un detaile muy lindo. Se nota su esmero en el servicio al cliente, Felicidades.
I'm between a four and five on this one, but rounding up for good measure. The atmosphere was lovely as was service. We did the à la carte menu and split three small plates, one main, and a side. In our case, the starters were the stars of the show, especially the cured trout and bison tataki. In hindsight, I would have ordered more small plates and skipped the main. We included in the reservation notes that we were celebrating our anniversary, but that was never acknowledged, which would have been a nice touch
We, my gf and I, booked 2 weeks ahead of our trip, even got a confirmation text 24hrs before the reservation. The day of, our last night in Canmore/Banff, they cancelled 6 hours before through an email without any explanation. We walked over to find out they were booked for a private event... Went to änkôr instead :)
A great place for fine dining. We planned a family celebration and it was definitely a great choice. We had been here before but never with a bigger group. We chose the tasting menu and love that everything is fresh, local and Canadian. Chef Tracey does a terrific job of combing flavours and highlighting ingredients to perfection. We also did the wine pairing and what a treat. We suggest sharing the wine with another person as it can be a lot for just one individual to enjoy with the food.
