What an incredible experience. The tasting menu was exceptionally well thought out, with every course feeling intentional, creative, and perfectly executed. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. Fantastic dining experience in the scenic town of Canmore. Chef Tracy Little served a creative selection of amazing tastes that we enjoyed while taking in the scenic views from the restaurant front patio. A truly unique and memorable dining experience.
It was 8:15pm when we asked to be seated. Just 3 of us. They close at 9pm on Sunday and they refused to seat us! Closed at 9pm means stop accepting patrons at 9pm! Do Not Recommend this place!!! ** Edit In response: Your server literally told us you have the room but the Manager said not to seat anymore.
I had an amazing experience at Sauvage this past week! My best friend, her partner and myself enjoyed a beautiful dinner at this restaurant and were greatly satisfied with our meals and the atmosphere. I had the vegan (Gatherer's) menu while my friends had the meat (Hunters) menu, both were spectacular. The variety between each dish was phenomenal and the intricacy in the presentations was outstanding. I had an amazing time and would definitely dine here again!
Absolutely incredible experience at Sauvage — easily one of the best dining experiences my husband and I have ever had. From the moment we sat down until the very end of the evening, every detail felt thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely special.
