Great fries with cool dipping sauces, chicken sandwich was great too. Reasonable prices and a cool environment made this a wonderful quick stop after a long day of wandering in Boston. Special shout-out to Aurora and Jete for excellent service!

This place has really fallen off. Not sure if they were just under-staffed or what. Person there cooking the food seemed overwhelmed. Had a major attitude. Food took forever. They kept messing up people's orders. Missing items, missing sauces, wrong orders. This happened to several other people while we were waiting for our food. Also messed up our food orders and we had missing items. There also seemed to be more staff downstairs that were not helping upstairs?
