I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mukewar he was nice, smart, and took his time to figure out all the possibilities. I was appreciative of that. My only issue is this: His staff seems unwilling (maybe inexperienced) to follow through with authorizations, appointment, test results. They are very unprofessional. I am a Medical biller so I knew what to do,they did not. They gave me wrong information in scheduling a CT scan that the doctor requested. After several months of poor decision we brought him home to Albany and within 2 days we got the devastating news that there was a tumor in his pancreas what a sad situation he put my son in he has basically lost everything.
