If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Kapur became my doctor around 2020- and not by choice. He was merely assigned to my case when yet another doctor left KU. I went in for a typical visit last week. Mind you, you make these GI appointments and have to wait 6 months to be seen. Last week, Dr. Kapur did not even shake my hand or sit down with me but instead was upset because I had not had labs done. Dr Kapur was totally unprofessional to my very sick daughter. Even the nurse stepped in and spoke up for her. I would not waste my money nor my time with this doctor.
Dr. Kapur and his team have repeatedly gone above and beyond over my years of care with them. My quality of life has improved immensely since I reached (and have thus far maintained) remission from Crohn’s disease with his help.
