His staff ordered me a test device, WITHOUT confirming with me first, and have 0 idea whether my insurance will cover it or not and ASK ME to go deal with insurance myself. In my consultation with Dr. Gupta I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He patiently explained the issue I was having and gave me clear guidance on how we would monitor the situation going forward. It was a very helpful session and I would also commend his medical assistant who was very helpful, competent, and professional.
