I called the clinic’s hoping to get assistance, but was shocked by the experience. The staff answered the phone only to utter inappropriate language before abruptly hanging up. This happened more than once, and it's completely unacceptable. Patients deserve respectful and professional communication—especially when seeking help. I hope management takes immediate action to address this behavior and improve service standards.
