I have been a patient od Dr. Desai for years. I even told my grandma and mom about him who are also patients. But what I do not like is the billing and not able to talk to anyone at Village Medical. I couldn't get my bill resolved by the office manager nor the billing department. I was billed for a charge that I did not have. I paid it after getting no where. But it will not happen again. Next time I will go to the insurance commissioner. I feel like I should be refunded.
He's one of the most carrying doctors that i have met and my 75 years he really cares about your well-being. You just do your part!
