Dr. is AWESOME. Very knowledgeable and kind. However, his staff is very short and treats you like a #. Very rude over the phone and act like they do NOT have time for you. Very inconsiderate when you are already scared and need reassurance. Not very friendly.
I will change my review when I can get someone to help me. My husband has been added to the UNOS list but we still have never been able to meet with Dr. Agrawal. We have asked many times to meet with him to see what we will be going through. The main issue is with this office is that we have requested a simple letter from Dr. agrawal just stating/verifying that my husband needs a transplant but nobody will answer us. We requested this over a month ago so we could turn it into our insurance for monetary payout. My husband has... read more
I have only had 1 appointment and I’m feeling confident in the care. The entire office staff is amazing. I’m confident Dr A is gonna help with my liver.
Dr Agrawal was my doctor 2014-2015. I had a number of serious medical issues at the time, and he was instrumental in my recovery. He had a combination of personal patient care, and a wealth of knowledge that without a doubt, saved my life. He afforded me the time and patience that was invaluable to me and my recovery. After each appointment, I left with total confidence that I was in the best hands I could be in. I am so thankful for him and his unparalleled care.
