The only complaint I had was due to the noise level of guests and the owner from my room. I could literally hear the owners talking above me, and the other guests coming and going. The cleaning service was loud as well. Overall, beautiful place and very good amenities and food. If they could do some more soundproofing, it'd be perfect. With that said, it is an old house so I get that it would be louder and that is why I can give them a 5 star rating. Very hospitable owners and well-run B&B.
The William Sauntry Mansion is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. They have a new room called William and it is just fabulous! The William is an oversized room that features a king brass bed and a double whirlpool tub. It also has a Tylo steam shower which includes 8 hydro massage jets, cascading waterfall, 18" sunflower shower and eucalyptus steam -- if you can't relax in this shower, you are in a seriously stressful state.
