I attended one of the stained glass classes on 1/26 and had a poor experience. During the soldering process she repeatedly kept grabbing my arm. When I tensed up and resisted her movements she became very unprofessional coping an attitude for the remainder of the class. After collecting my thoughts I sent her a message the following day suggesting that if physical touch is necessary she should obtain permission before grabbing someone as people respond to physical contact differently. I highly recommend! Pictures don’t even do them justice! I ordered a unicorn and Deadpool’s belt buckle. They both exceeded my expectations! Great customer service and great communication!
I recently started teaching myself how to do stained glass so for my birthday my husband scheduled us a beginner class with Saundra. She was friendly, welcoming and patient with us when teaching. It's clear she loves sharing her craft! All the tips she was willing to share have already helped me improve. It was fun to pick out a design and glass and take our art home.
