I came here with a delicate necklace that had several knots. Jindy and another person worked to fix my necklace right away. I had thought I would drop it off, but they were able to take care of it that day! As she was helping me, she also noticed a knot in the necklace I was wearing, and took care of that as well! The experience I had was very personable and I'm so happy to wear my necklace again. If you have special jewelry that needs care, 10/10 would recommend Saunders. Thank you Jindy!!!
