We moved into an HOA community in 2023. All went well until our HOA switched to Saunders management in 2024. Since the switch, I have made multiple requests to Saunders to have the landscaping crew remove leaves from our property. (Saunders sent a notice to residents that we were not to communicate directly with the landscapers, we need to go through the company for landscaping needs).
