Horrible management. Would not recommend.
Everything was excellent! Prompt attention to the issue, work completed, and the person who came was polite and knew what he was doing.
The gentlemen who replaced the gutter in the front, and came back a few days later to reattach the gutter in the back did an excellent job. Very professional.
Mark Saunders and company have been excellent handling our financial and maintenance needs since they took over our HOA business. Repair and maintenance projects are supervised and finished as close to on schedule as possible. Dues are collected in a timely manner and good progress has been made regarding seriously delinquent accounts. I am a board member completely satisfied with their services.
We here at Cobblestone HOA are happy to have Mark and Lisa as our property management team since last year. They respond to repairs in a timely and professional manner and work as a team with our HOA board. We look forward to many years going forward working to make our community a better place to live.
