My heat went out in the middle of the night during a multi-day cold snap. I called Saunders Heating a bit before 5AM on a Saturday, and somebody picked up and booked me an appointment for later that morning. When the guy (Josh) came out to do the work, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me, and the cost was very reasonable. We had to deal with the gas company as well for part of my issue, and he identified that we would need them, knew the guys at the utility, and was able t... read more

Excellent service! Josh was highly knowledgeable about what needed done to improve the performance of my furnace. The service was done quickly and efficiently.
