I called at 3:30pm when my A/C broke during this heatwave and Josh and little Josh came the same day. They were super helpful in getting my unit up and running again and explaining everything along the way. I had a million questions and Josh was knowledgeable and patient. I am happy to support a local business and will call Saunders for future HVAC needs.

We just had to replace our AC unit in our home. The last family who lived here used Saunders back in 2006, so we decided to give them a try and they were GREAT! Donny visited our home to diagnosis the issue & ultimately he replaced the unit. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Cleans up after he is done working. We were so pleased, even our dogs liked him! 10/10 recommend.
