We just had to replace our AC unit in our home. The last family who lived here used Saunders back in 2006, so we decided to give them a try and they were GREAT! Donny visited our home to diagnosis the issue & ultimately he replaced the unit. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Cleans up after he is done working. We were so pleased, even our dogs liked him! 10/10 recommend.

Saunders hvac what a breath of fresh air. My wife and I woke up Sunday morning June 22 2025 without air conditioning. We didn’t know who to call on the weekend. So l looked at who would service the unit. Looked on line and Saunders hvac has emergency service and they were only a mile away, so we called and was told about noon someone would be out. Fantastic service! My house AC stopped work in the middle of a heat spat. I called and spoke to Mr. Saunders directly. He was out first thing the next morning and had my unit repaired and running in minutes. 10/10
