When my mother passed, my family was so fortunate to have Bill and his son, Will to patiently guide us through all the steps and decision-making involved in planning a funeral. They were very sensitive to our needs and communicated with us regularly, both by phone and in person. Every detail was attended to with thoughtfulness and compassion.
