Booked to do Front brake discs and pads in my astra. Fair price. Informed of approx time to complete. Car was done within timescale. Service and staff polite , friendly and professional. Left it couple of weeks to leave this as wanted to make sure all was well. No issues and all working spot on. Thank you. Edited as I put rear discs and pads.. it was my front ones that were done. Still working perfectly.
Took my classic car to these and they absolutely made a complete hash of everything. Charged me well over the odds for a service When I went to start the car it would not start eventually the owner came out and totally denied that they had been messing around with the carbs and refused to do anything to rectify the problem Ended up taking it to a proper garage to get all there mess put right
This is my second visit to Saunby Motors and once again I am extremely impressed with them. Booking in my car was easy, they found the problem and communicated clearly what needed to be done, including price and a timescale. They managed to slot my car in the same day. What particularly impressed me however was the honesty. They were upfront on collection that the work had taken less time than estimated and so the cost was lower. Massive huge massive thanks to chris, helped my sister when she broke down. He came to her car and managed to start it, without him she’d of been stranded. Can’t thank him enough. Recommend saunby when you need a helping hand.. Very friendly and genuine xx
The man ( never got his name, Sorry ) Was absolutely amazing today. My car had broken down in sleaford so I asked a lovely gentleman Anthony and his friend to help me jump start my car and unfortunately this didn’t work so they said go saunby motors and ask this lovely man and he’ll get you on your way.. after having to bump start it he did in fact get my boyfriends car started again, Himself Anthony and his 2 friends helped bump start it and I just want to say massive thankyou to you all Hero’s don’t wear capes!
