My wife found their products by MD referral, and uses something of theirs every day, especially in the winter. She bought extra red light bulbs expecting them to wear out, and still has her original one as her daily light. I believe that the owner/founder was inspired by his own use, and that commitment to quality comes through with their products. I just made a custom red light adjustable mount stand for my wife, as she deems this product as a must-have each day for her visage.
Ruined our lives.
This product is a joke. Spend your money on an actual quality sauna that is proven. The hype of the infrared as therapeutic is hogwash. You’re better off with a quality built in sauna and cold plunge pool for health benefits. This is also a horrible workplace. Would NOt recommend! They do not support people with disabilities.
It has potential. Assembly was ok though grounding cord required a wrench to forcibly insert it not like on the assembly video they show where it was easily inserted.
