Dealing with Enrique is a pleasure.
I purchased the majority of my durable equipment from Samuell medical equipment several years ago. The equipment quality was excellent and the service was even better. Recently I needed a new cord for one of my electric beds. Something very simple, but also very difficult to obtain in a timely fashion. I reached out to the owner and within 24 hrs he personally drove to my office and delivered it free of charge. It is rare to find someone who values his customers this way nowadays. We are so happy to have found Saumell Medical Equipment. We purchased 3 MidMark medical chairs, an autoclave, 3 Hyfercators with bovie, and 2 rolling trays. This was the perfect place to get all our items for our new dermatology office. Enrique is amazing to work with and his customer service is to be praised. We had prompt delivery as promised and we can count on him when we need assistance with repairs. Highly recommend!
