Upon arriving to the appointment the receptionist Morgan stated she didn't know if the appointment was still going to happen. When I asked why, she stated "they confirm appointments by texts only". I explained we only had a land line she repeated the appointment hadn't been confirmed. Linda stated "we have 95% Maine Care patients and we are clamping down on people not confirming appointments and most are no shows".
