It's been months since I first went here to get a replacement jet body for my hot tub. I was told "I just ordered one of these a few minutes ago I can just add one to the order". After three follow-up phone calls, we determined he didn't place the order nor did he have a part in stock. After several emails including pictures, I still have no replacement jet body. Just order it online it's cheaper and they won't drop the ball.
