Chris and Jake are fantastic! They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Whether it's a tricky stain or a rush order, they always deliver top-notch results. I'm always satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they take with my clothes.
pricing is always elevated in comparison to surrounding cleaners. I dropped off a duvet and duvet cover - this was a $68 job (two jeans zipper repairs and a sweater brought the total to $116!!!!!!) It was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday - it was not. When I went to pick it up on Thursday morning it still wasn't ready. No one explained the damages and staining that was sustained from the cleaning service - I was charged and expected to not notice... Hands down, Best Cleaners in Atlanta! Friendly, sweet and very good at what they do! :-).
The establishment is easy to locate. There is plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is outstanding, I’ve had both dress shirts and suits dry cleaned here and have nothing but amazing things to say. Overall, if you need your clothes dry cleaned I recommend this plus. Also a plus, they do tailoring here as well.
I've had such positive experiences at Saul's. I had my wedding dress, reception outfit, and rehearsal dinner outfits altered here and couldn't have been happier. My wedding dress was extremely delicate with lots of lace details on skirt, including the hemline. I consulted with other alterations places and they were just going to take in the sides and hem the dress without removing the lace decals but the tailor/seamstress at Saul's disassembled my entire dress to take it in all around and to hem it, removed all the lace dec... read more
