******Okay not Brazilian! One of your employees told me she was. Noticed on more than 5 occasions the woman who’s always out front won’t even service me when I am picking up or dropping off items. I don’t know her from Adam’s Apple!! It’s just sooo obvious to me !! She makes sure to take care of anyone Yte….or of that caliber. But for some reason 👀she won’t acknowledge my presence. I had a sweater that was worn only once dry cleaned, and it was returned with the first two buttons chipped. This was very disappointing given the condition of the item.
Was in the area and stopped by to drop off some clothes. Karla and Chris did an amazing and excellent job on my custom clothes and as I do NOT live in the area set me up with an account should I be in the area again. Their customer service to me was very energetic and friendly! Value for the service was well worth it! I believe I will be back as they have Saturday hours!!
Chris and Jake are fantastic! They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Whether it's a tricky stain or a rush order, they always deliver top-notch results. I'm always satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they take with my clothes.
