SAULS IS THE BEST DRY CLEANER! I never write reviews, but Sauls definitely deserves it! They do everything top notch from dry cleaning, laundering and pressing shirts and stain removal. They even hand press shirts if you ask. Other dry cleaners I have used for shirts never do the job for me, either the shirts still come back smelling like cologne or may have a few pieces of hair on it (eww), but Chris and her team do a fantastic job making sure that each item that leaves is spotless!
Chris and Jake are fantastic! They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Whether it's a tricky stain or a rush order, they always deliver top-notch results. I'm always satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they take with my clothes.
Just wanted to make clear that while they are able to do alterations, they cannot do fittings in store. You will have to come with your garment already pinned.
Great service and always friendly. I have used them for laundry, dry cleaning and alterations. 100% satisfied with everything.
pricing is always elevated in comparison to surrounding cleaners. I dropped off a duvet and duvet cover - this was a $68 job (two jeans zipper repairs and a sweater brought the total to $116!!!!!!) It was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday - it was not. When I went to pick it up on Thursday morning it still wasn't ready. No one explained the damages and staining that was sustained from the cleaning service - I was charged and expected to not notice...
