Saul's Custom Landscape was hired by the previous owner of my house to make repairs to a retaining wall that was supposed to repaired prior to closing. After finally getting the old owner to agree to fix what was in our sales contract, he hired Saul's Custom Design. Let's just say that I might as well have not had the wall fixed at all.
