More than once, the great guys over at Saul's have taken a look at my car when I had concerns, topped off some of the fluid, or helped fix a broken wiper clip without even charging me for their time. They even offer free labor oil changes if you bring them the materials! I can't imagine what the other posters are talking about; I've had extremely positive experiences with Saul's.
These guys are total CROOKS! They tried to charge me for "extra" work they needed to complete, unfortunately for them I took it to another shop and caught them red handed in a lie! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They are great CON Artist's - not so great mechanics.
I had a horrible experience at Saul's Automotive. I needed a new distributor, and initially, the diagnostic and explanation of what needed to be done was great. It was after the labor was completed that I had several problems. After picking up my car and trying to drive it one mi, I realized that my car was no longer shifting.
