Whoever wrote that this place (i am being politically correct here...) is "Money Hungry" seems to have hit the nail dead on. Not sure if the doctor and the front office clerks are communicating correctly, but for any visits to the doctors office (even if it just a consultation) is billed as "SURGERY" and this causes your copay portion to go thru the roof. My 5 minutes in the doctors office for obtaining electronic prescription was charged as "SURGERY" in the BC/BS EOB (explanation of benefits) and my total out of pocket cost... read more
