The absolute best. Mandy takes times with you, she is an expert all around. I came to her for scar camo tattooing on my abdomen, because she was so exceptional, I opted to have her tattoo my eyebrows. I love the way I look - thank you!
I have alopecia and Mandy tattooed my eyebrows on maybe four or five years ago and they still look fabulous. Also, I returned for a touchup.
