Wow where do i begin... Dr Shafer has the most beautiful soul ever... she is patient... kind.. caring.. understanding.. thoughtful.. intelligent.. friendly! She is my mum's neurologist but has been grateful to us both.. there needs to be a million more like her.. Our good lord knew what he was doing when he stitched her together!! Dr Shafer is the most thorough, honest, and caring Dr I’ve ever met. We took my mother to see her after getting an outdated diagnoses from another Dr who spent less than 30 minutes with my Mom. Dr Shafer went over everything with her, answered any and all questions, and was so compassionate and reassuring the whole time. We all left there in tears because my mom finally got some peace of mind, and we all felt like she was seeing heard and seen about her health concerns.
