Because of the terrain of our property, we needed to get a mountain goat that could shovel snow. We actually found something better with the Ariens Kraken! Beth and her team definitely know their stuff and are great to deal with!! And as far as the Kraken goes, can’t think of how a snowblower could be better!! Thanks!!!
What a pleasant experience dealing with Saulco for my first time, after replacing a belt on my snowblower -- and it still didn't work. They picked it up and delivered it in just four days -- well ahead of their estimate of a week and a half. On the phone, Beth was pleasant and knowledgeable. One of their techs, Mark, called with questions before starting work. The price was reasonable too.
ordered a mulch cover, my wife picked up they gave her a mulcking kit including blades that I never ordered. when I called them as soon as my wife got home they said special order no return tough luck for me, never doing business there again even though I am looking for a bagger ( from somewhere else )
We bought a tracktor here last year and the service has been excellent. They provided expert advice.
Four feet of snow over three days Saulco was lined up with people buying snow blower parts and machines. They still took the time to explain a new snowblower before I bought. Excellent information on gas and oils. Very knowledgeable. They even delivered my new Ariens after hours and took my old blower away for repair. Great people selling quality machinces.
