ordered a mulch cover, my wife picked up they gave her a mulcking kit including blades that I never ordered. when I called them as soon as my wife got home they said special order no return tough luck for me, never doing business there again even though I am looking for a bagger ( from somewhere else )

Four feet of snow over three days Saulco was lined up with people buying snow blower parts and machines. They still took the time to explain a new snowblower before I bought. Excellent information on gas and oils. Very knowledgeable. They even delivered my new Ariens after hours and took my old blower away for repair. Great people selling quality machinces.
