I have been a patient of Dr. Tobey for over 12 years. I can tell you first hand that it was almost impossible to find a great psychiatrist, until I met Dr. Tobey. He is a master psychiatrist, that really knows his stuff. He is extremely personable and works hard to get you where you need to be. It’s been a long hard battle with my diagnosis and he has tirelessly worked through it with me. I trust no one else with my mental health. I would highly recommend Dr Tobey!
I’ve been seeing Dr. T for several years now. I love that he listens, and asked questions. Navigating through mental health issues can be difficult. Dr T always gives me a sense of relief when I am struggling and I really appreciate his humor!

Horrible doctor who lies to his patients. He messed up my hand to where I couldn’t use it. Falsified his last report. My primary doctor gave me the name of the best hand surgeon in Arkansas. I had to go to Little Rock to have my wrist rebroken & his mistake fixed & get the use of my hand back.
They absolutely wasted my time and my morning. Told me to change my pcp on my son's insurance before they can even schedule an appointment. So, I waited on hold all morning to doing that. I finally got it done. Changed his pcp like they asked. I call C and C back, waited on hold for 10 minutes. They finally begin scheduling my appointment and tell me, Dr. Cheryl is not accepting his insurance!!! What! The lady at the front desk told me to change his pcp 45 mins prior! Now i have to change his pcp again. Ridiculous!!!
Wanted to thank Dr Michell. No delay in scheduling my appointment. Dr Michell quickly and accurately diagnosed frozen shoulder. Administered shot and handout. Started exercises on my own a week later. Mobility improved immediately. Almost 100% in 6 weeks.
Was seen for a ankle injury. No scan was ever ordered just an x-ray (which does not show tissue issues obviously), however he didn't "feel" any damage (how reassuring?). Now I'm prescribed pt and honestly was not impressed with the "care" given.
Dr. O’Donald is among the most caring, professionals I have ever known. In my opinion, Dr. O’Donald’s faith in Jesus Christ allows her to roll up her sleeves and become the hands of Jesus as she SERVES her patients. She takes her time and thoroughly explains what’s going on with you as she calms your fears. She’s approachable and certainly not too proud to seek out second opinions.
