Very friendly and helpful. Great addition to Dr Frandsen’s practice.
Check-in was fast and easy — no long waits, and great music playing in the background made the experience feel welcoming right from the start. Nurse Sasha was absolutely amazing. She was warm, friendly, and truly empathetic. I felt seen, heard, and treated like a human being, not just another patient. Dr. Rivard was very nice and has great bedside manner, but when he left Missoula he didn’t give me any notice that he’d be leaving. As a result I haven’t been able to get my medication refilled in around a month now and I’ve had a really hard time finding anyone else. Be aware of this!
Dr. Rivard is very friendly and very thorough. I have total trust in his medical opinions. I also have very positive interactions with all of his staff.
This is the first doctor who has actually listened to my concerns and got me to the correct specialists for proper diagnosis.
