Pool and hot tub have been out of order since the summer. Over priced. Run down. Out dated. Horrible staff except the older lady at the front desk. She’s a sweetheart but she couldn’t get ahold of the management for any of my questions to be answered. It’s like they just left her to fend for herself. I felt bad for her. Terrible business owners. They are clearly open just to get money and not to mae guests satisfied. No one go here.

We called in advance and asked if the pool/hot was in order, they said yes. We arrived and they coincidently were under construction. It lasted tell after 9 when we were trying to sleep after a long car ride. The ice machine doesn’t work. Our room tv remote doesn’t work for this tv and when we went to the front no one was there. We tried to call the front desk for help and no one picked up. This was the worst experience ever. We will not be booking here again.

I’m a general contractor and own my own company running two crews, and I’ve got to say — the Sauk River Inn & Suites has been an incredible place for us to stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to rent rooms by the week at a price that was more affordable than I could have even asked for. The staff here are super friendly and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when you’re away from home for work. I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Sauk River Inn & Suites! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
