Ugh, I hate giving bad reviews but this place is horrible at billing. Not everything comes at the same time for the same date of service. No matter if you pay the entire bill or not, I guess they figure you were willing to pay the first scam billing, why not send more for the same date of service? SPH invited me to call and talk to someone and it did absolutely no good, instead of fixing the problem with their shoddy billing methods, they threatened to send me to collections.
I called one of their clinics, they said they take my insurance but the Dr I am supposed to see isn't taking new patients so they gave me another Dr. but they don't tell me this Dr. isn't covered under the insurance. All I went there for was to have a Dr write a prescription, the Dr said I should get a tetanus booster shot so I did that, A month later I get a bill for $823.81, I'm charged $696.50 for an office visit and $127.31 for shot, nothing is covered by insurance because they gave me a different Dr. I contacted News 3 ... read more
We go out of our way and drive extra distance for our family when something's wrong because this used to be such a great hospital. Last two visits were substandard to be polite... Poor doctors... Just going through the routine, not really caring about the patient... Not delivering results... Didn't even write a letter out for school like he said he would after son sprained ankle. Really poor examination.. I could make this review an hour long on the last couple visits, but why bother...such a shame.
