I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding my recent experience with Dr. Ederer, who has been my grandparents' primary care physician for several years. Went to the urgent care for flu symptoms recently and had a great experience. I was seen promptly and everyone who came in for the various tests and labs needed were extremely nice and attentive. I was given meds and an IV to help with my pain, nausea, and dehydration and a nebulizer to help with my breathing. I was given a pescription, which was conviently filled by a machine on the way out. Definitely recommend for prompt care.
Impossible to reach anyone on the phone
This hospital has really gone down hill. Been here twice the past week for severe chest pain and literally can't catch my breath or breathe properly. An ambulance brought me in the first time and they had me out in 45 minutes. Its sickening. Just brushed off by the doctors and told it could be an allergy but they don't know. The nurses are great. The doctors just dont seem to have much experience or care to dog deeper into whats going on. Won't be going here anymore and will be finding a more sophisticated facility that's no... read more
