We called the ambulance because I had chest pain. It took them 23 minutes to respond. We do live out in the country, (on the way to Madison) it takes me 10 minutes to get to Water St., so I believe 22 minutes is a little long, especially when they know but is a person with chest pain. But, the real problem came up on arrival. Their monitor didn't work. They futsed around here approximately 10 minutes trying to get a reading; but to no avail.
