I absolutely love Saugus Nails and Spa! The service here is always amazing—everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Ana is the sweetest! She’s always so attentive, and even when she’s super busy, she finds a way to squeeze me in. I truly appreciate that kind of care and effort. The gel manicures and pedicures I get are always perfect and last so long. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I always leave feeling happy and pampered. Highly recommend! 💅✨
This is a wonderful salon with very professional staff. The owner is always pleasant and you feel very comfortable without pressure for increasing sales. I am so happy to endorse this as a reputable, clean, professional salon. I have never had a bad experience and always accommodating for the client. I give it a definite 5 stars!
Update as of today 7/8/2025 The pictures were the work of employees who don't work there anymore. The owner does nails but IMO not as good as the people she had working for her. The owner didn't invest/update the salon or pay her employees fairly so they left as a result we left as customers. I was one of the last regulars to leave. I'll never go back to this salon.
