The washing machines on rice street are filthy and not working properly most of the time and there are a lot of mean crazy people in the complex
The buildings are very old and I have been on the list for a couple decades and I still have not moved up on the list I've also tried everything in my power to get in there I have walked straight into the office three times while I was homeless and there was nothing they could do for me although I was on the list for many years I did not move up at all
I just moved in this November I just absolutely love it here. It is perfect for me and the people are very friendly.
