After four years of occupancy and on-time paying, all of a sudden they were no longer acknowledging payments even though the bank had the photocopies of the checks with the dates they were deposited and with the self-storage stamp on them, and alsovthey refused to acknowledge the payments. Derek has been a pleasure to have business with since the beginning. I couldn't imagine what would have happened to my stuff anywhere else. I always kept in touch with him every month and he was always there when I had a question or problem. He is one hard working guy who I highly recommend.
