I bought a new set of glasses at Saugeen vision! I could not have asked for better care and service from this company! I had to go back for adjustments which Britany was able to help me with! Zero stars. I scheduled an appointment in March for May, but they called to cancel and rescheduled it for June. Then, they called again to cancel the June appointment. I would not recommend their services.
Wow. First visit today and blown away by the staff. From the moment I got there, to the moment I left ( 1.5 hours!) I was treated with compassion and patience. Danielle at the front desk/ pre testing was a pleasure to chat with and immediately felt comfortable in her care. Dr. Colquhoun was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough with his exam, and I am excited to get my new glasses. Not a sympathetic doctor. Wouldn't see me when i have an actual medical issue with my eye, suggested I go to Emergency instead. I needed an eye exam and contact lens fitting in the near future, but it appears this doctor doesn't want business. Go elsewhere.
This is a top notch vision centre in our area. Modern testing equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff enable you to have excellent testing done on your vision. Dr. Dang is very thorough and really takes the time to examine your eyes and explain to you what's going on. Great eyeglass dispensary and helpful staff on sight also. Highly recommend.
