Was thankful I got glasses instead of an eye surgery. My recent visit (Which was almost a year ago), the doctors did tests on my eyes and compared to previous times, my vision feels a bit damaged (As I can't see far). I was really worried about eye surgery (Which my mom had before). But the good news, I got glasses.
I bought a new set of glasses at Saugeen vision! I could not have asked for better care and service from this company! I had to go back for adjustments which Britany was able to help me with! Her kindness and professionalism went beyond what was expected! Thank you so much Britany for all your help! If you need eye glasses! You can’t go wrong with this company. Helena P
Zero stars. I scheduled an appointment in March for May, but they called to cancel and rescheduled it for June. Then, they called again to cancel the June appointment. I would not recommend their services.
Wow. First visit today and blown away by the staff. From the moment I got there, to the moment I left ( 1.5 hours!) I was treated with compassion and patience. Danielle at the front desk/ pre testing was a pleasure to chat with and immediately felt comfortable in her care. Dr. Colquhoun was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough with his exam, and I am excited to get my new glasses.
