Such a poorly run practice, particularly when it comes to administration and patient communication. The office frequently does not answer the phone, and calls are often returned days after a voicemail has been left. There seems to be very little empathy or consideration for patients who are trying to navigate their healthcare.
Had excellent care by wonderfully kind nurses. Bloodwork was absolutely painless which is unusual for me. Dr Dolin (I’m hoping I remembered his name correctly) was, as the nurses called him, “an absolute peach”. He was kind and most importantly very thorough. So very grateful for the excellent care given an out of towner on Boxing Day.
Absolutely fantastic service. We have been set up with an excellent nurse practitioner and are extremely happy with their service, and health care.
